Many Chambers, Many Mouths has been constructed out of video fragments from an Anna Mahler Fellowship in Spoleto, Italy. The film juxtaposes recordings of the internationally renowned opera course 'Istituzione Teatro Lirico Sperimentale di Spoleto' with footage exploring the towns unique mix of new and ancient spaces. Many Chambers... pitches the very human technology of the voice against that of the camera. As sounds emerge, so do images as both singers and filmmaker explore their respective instruments.
